Friendly and helpful staff, however you need to speak Italien or English. Breakfast and dinner buffet was great. Very reasonable priced good wines and other beverages. Rooms are a little outdated but the nice bath room makes up for it. We enjoyed the hallways and lobby, it made us feel like being at Buckingham Palace;-) The location of the Hotel is just perfect! Breakfast and Dinner not available earlier. Due to our busy work schedule we had to skip breakfast. 7:30 am was to late and so was 7:30 pm for dinner, after a long day! Spa to expensive!

Close to chair lift, big room with separate bedroom, large modern bathroom, great city and lake views, close to bus, shops and restaurants, friendly staff and great continental breakfast

Grate place for Skiing, very good lokation, beautiful old-fashioned hotel, good ski rental with fairy price, nice and friendly people.

Only one thing, actually. The main language of staff is italian. It's not bad for our family, because we like Italians, their hostility, grate food and traditions. But it's very uncomfortable for children from other countries, exept Italy. All children's animation is lead only on italian and absolutely incomprehensible for small guests, who doesn't speak it.

This hotel was very inflexible regarding cancelling our rooms. My husband had a ski accident and broke his clavicle so we had to cut our trip short. The hotel refused to allow us to cancel without full penalty, even after seeing that he was injured. We will never stay here again and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Poor customer service.
