Really great hotel, one of the best I've stayed in in the Alps, or anywhere for that matter. Friendly staff, really well designed rooms with great features, good breakfast and a great restaurant. Will be booking again next time I go to Saas fee.

Well decorated rooms real wood flooring and furniture iPad controlled rooms it turns on lights and tv remote app. Really good breakfast cooked as well as usual continental affair. Fast wifi able to watch tv online without buffering

Ski lockers did not lock. It does not have spa facilities sauna, hut tub and steam room as most 4* hotels would have. IVoyager app that controlled room lights failed to connect to server so often did not work.

Fantastic design hotel in center of Basel. The rooms are high standard, everything to be controlled with an iPad and amazing good taste on design. The hotel facilities are very fashion but comfortable at the same time. The service was very nice and always ready to help. They even served us a glass of white wine when we arrived. The best choice in Saas Fee.

Stunning! The rooms are newly renovated, lovely Modern Alpine style. Really comfy bed, with gorgeous linen. Luxurious bathroom. this is the most hip hotel in Saas Fee yet maintains a traditional feel as well. Loved the bar, very funky but tucked downstairs so guests aren't disturbed. Also the restaurant was great with a lovely big, sunny terrace. The staff were so nice and service was impeccable. Very central. We came for one night and stayed seven! Saas Fee is a gem!

Welcome on arrival was warm. Well laid out, comfortable room-very stylish. Wonderful rain shower. Restaurant served delicious food in the evening. Electric bus transfer very convenient, and so cute.

Ipad lighting and TV controls sometimes slow and a bit fiddly.

This is one of the greatest hotels in the Alps! The staff is super friendly and treats you like a VIP. The room has a stunnig design with domotica lights and sound. (really cool!) The breakfast is really good and so is the lovely romantic restaurant. (tip: order half board!) They must have one of the nicest terraces in the village and the bar on the groundfloor with a cool open fire table is the best place to close the day with your friends. Really looking forward to come back here!

Excellent staff, very helpful and understanding when I was unable to make it down to Saas Fee because of cancelled trains. Decor in the hotel is lovely. And the restaurant is one of the best in Saas Fee.

Newly refurbished, a great hotel

The church bells can be annoying and loud early in the morning when you are trying to sleep, not one for a light sleeper.

The location is perfect. The restaurant was wonderful. The staff was very informative and helpful. The room was lovely and the view from the terrace was spectacular .

The bar was never open to stop and have a glass of wine before dinner or a digestive afterwards.

We could book this hotel by smart deal price, which is really competitive price, even normal price is bit expensive. The room was really clean and modern. iPad operation for TV / radio / interior illumination is really interesting, but we prefer traditional way. Breakfast has wider choice and good quality - really satisfying.

Only they were offering hotel directly by iPad application, that is written in only German.

Staff is great, gave us very usefull recommendations for our trip. Wonderful location to be close to nature - mountains, gorge, and even friendtly mormots ready to eat from your hand! No cars allowed to Saas Fee, but hotel staff meets the guest outside with electromobil. Very nice comfortable room, balcony with perfect view, iPad in each room. Breakfast with great variaty and very tasty food.

Service is perfect: - pick up at the parking with a shuttle, all ski gears been handled for you (within 5 minutes) - drinks offered on arrival while checking in - wonderful terrace - luggage kept at the hotel after your check out until you come back from skiing - all staff very attentive to clients - shuttle back to the parking on request (within minutes still)

The Dom Hotel has been beautifully refurbished. Rooms are well designed, luxurious and comfortable. The use of an ipad to control all lighting and audio was a lovely touch. Breakfast is of an excellent standard with more than enough to choose from, both hot and cold. Staff were friendly and warm, with the welcome drink a nice touch. Being driven to and from the cable car each day was a real bonus! The bar downstairs is a great space to drink and feel relaxed. We will be back next year!

Bar food is not up to much, though cheap and cheerful compared to other eating places. A hot tub/sauna would be a nice touch, but I am just being picky!!

Impressive and clever interior design and facilities. Awesome views from room and balcony, connect your iPhone to your room's Denon speaker system, home from home atmosphere.

Maybe a personal in-room temperature control (rather than one set remotely from a computer at reception) might allow guests to play around with the temperature until they've got their individually best setting? Given that virtually everything else in the room can be individually controlled, this would seem to me a logical addition to the in-room control panel.

The atmosphere, decoration, staff

If you have a room facing the church/ main square... Location is nice, but right in front of a church, so wake up was way too early. Also, the bars are not far and it can get rowdy late night/ early morning.

Pity they did not have a pool or gym. But summing up with all other things considered, I would still come back

In our room the heating was not working as well as the ipad that provide in the room to control the tv, the heating, the lights They were not able to fix it till the third night The staff ishould have a training on hospitality and dealing with complaints
