Travelling information

By train: - Go by train to Visp or Brig. - Take the yellow "Postbus" (leaving every half hour) to Saas-Fee (last bus from Visp at 21:10, on Friday and Saturday at 22:40 Uhr, from Brig at 22:28 Uhr). - Call the hotel free of charge from the phone box next to the tourist office facing the bus stop (dial 16).

Cancellation Policy	If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged CHF 10 per night per person for cots. All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy	No deposit will be charged.
