  Second time we stayed in the hotel and will come again. First time just as a couple and now with friends, we all enjoyed our weekend in the hotel. Enjoyed the English TV channels, WiFi worked perfectly. - Everything was good, but especially the friendliness of the staff who were available at all times during the stay.

  Perfect location if you plan to ski! Wonderful view of the Matterhorn! Easy walk to downtown, we were prepared much worse since some of the reviews said 20 min walk.   This hotel is ideally situated if you intend to visit Zermatt. The immediate surroundings are stunning (great views of the snow-capped mountains if you're on a higher floor) and the village of Tasch is very picturesque and quaint. The size of the room is very generous and the balcony is great too. The room was extremely clean and there was fr - Friendly helpful staff. If you want to go up to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise without the ice palace you can buy a ticket at the hotel for 70 chf instead of 99 chf. The room was large and had a lovely view over the village to the mountains. There was a fridge that we used on the room. Breakfast was good and set us up for the day. There was lots of free parking. The Internet signal was strong in the room.

  It was an exceptionally nice stay at the hotel. Pierre, one of the owners himself received us at the station and dropped us back. The personal touch of the members of the owners' family makes a huge difference. (including great grandma).They really go out of the way to make guests feel comfortable.
