  Location is right in the middle of Evolene (great!), not half a mile out of town like Google Maps says... Hosts were welcoming although I was pretty much left to my own devices after that.   The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the station. I loved the cozy wood paneled room. We had a room with a small balcony and enjoyed a great view of the village and the church. Ingrid (I think that's her name) is a charming and helpful women who was present at the reception. She even gave us the key to the breakfast room when she got to know ... what people say » that we have to leave at 6 a.m. the next morning. When we entered the breakfast room at 5:30 a.m., our table was spread out with bread, boiled eggs, c - Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is awesome, close to the centre of everything but not so close that you are in the midst of all the nighttime activity and noise. The hotel is very clean and quiet and rooms have their own balcony. It is a charming wooden cottage-type construction. Also has it's own restaurant attached. Continental breakfast is fantastic and included in the daily rate. There is a shared shower and toilet on each floor (approximately 4-5 rooms) which are
