Поверьт - The welcoming was absolutely grateful! They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed). The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style. Staff were so professional and showed support all time.   A small and cosy hotel that surely lives up to the standards of its five stars! I spent some amazing days here, with most attentive staff and an excellent room with beautiful views! The food was delicious, and during lunch time it was possible to enjoy your meal outside on the terrace, enjoying the lovely weather and the breathtaking panoramic mou... what people say » ntain view. I would most definitely recommend this hotel, and if I have the chance to come back to Crans, this is where I will spend my stay, no doubt - The hotel staff was extremely polite and pleasant from the moment we arrived. Our family suite was lovely in every way and, after a long trip through Switzerland, the peace and quiet was wonderful. I am extremely picky so take my word: this is worth it for a true "Swiss" experience down to the waiters setting up our breakfasts on our balcony. Tres bien.
