  The hotel is located oposite Alpin Express so you can ski almost back to the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and the owner Ivano was keen to accomodate our extra requests. The hotel is very clean and tidy. Not overpriced for half board meal option good value and saves on eating out. Nice bar. My second visit would return again.

  It's close to Verbier yet 'far from the maddening crowd'. The cable car was easy to walk to. Very clean. Very quiet. The breakfast was lovely with lots of bread and tasty sliced ham. I would definitely stay here again. - The location was great! Very comfortable and clean and great value.

  A courtesy car was waiting for us at the train station. The staff greeted us with a glass of wine of our choice as we arrived. Our room was amazing with a great balcony. Breakfast was the best we had in all the hotels we were in on our Swiss trip. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful with transportation and restaurants.   We were pleasantly surprised to stay at the Hotel Communal as our original hotel couldn't fulfill the reservation. We were warmly greeted by the owner and he made sure that the rooms fit our family's need. The restaurant attached to the hotel was fabulous -- a great place to relax after skiing in Champery.   I loved the design of the room. It was extremely comfortable and far better than any other hotel during my time in Switzerland. It could not be more central within Zermatt.
