We are a young professional couple from Brazil & Sweden and we have traveled and stayed at top hotels all over the world and are used to a certain standard. This was our first time in Geneva but this apt/hotel was above our expectations. Ultra modern and clean, very spacious and plenty of comfort. We felt at home right away. The staff were amazing specially kevin on the reception. The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond. AMAZING would definitely stay there again just for the great service. -
