Very reasonable price/quality ratio for Geneva and good location for our purposes. Also, with the tram stop just outside and the free public transport ticket, you can be anywhere downtown easily and quickly. We actually walked mostly.
Very frienly and helpful staff. Note that this is a residence, so you have a minimal kitchen, but no daily cleaning of the room. The rooms are rather nice and modern.

helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Hotel was very
central and good value for money compared with other hotels in the city
centre. The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent.
Breakfast was fantastic with a really good choice of food to eat.
Don't be put off by the 2 star rating its as good if not better than
many hotels we've stayed in with a higher star rating.

The locality to Gare Cornavin was very convenient. Staff were very helpful. Room was very comfortable and offered more than we'd expected in terms of e.g. comfort, facilities.
