Location and ambience of hotel is wonderful. For the location this hotel is a great value. Staff at hotel was very friendly and helpful breakfast was good - The hotel in general, staff and position of hotel. Hve stayed here 5times in the past 4 months. Would not think of staying in any otherhotel in the area.

Hotel is in a nearby suburb of Luzern, away from all the tourists and traffic but a close commute for shopping and sightseeing. The Staff was friendly; the room was large and very clean. If ambience is important, this hotel is very modern and lacks the ambience smaller hotels and guest houses offer. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wonderful friendly staff, great service. We were given separate rooms with no surcharge and without really even asking as there were no twin beds available. Great fireplace and bar!

I've stayed at five star hotels that dont do what this lovely charming hotel do, made me feel special and cared for from the first hello. From the cleaners, to waiters to managers all had a superb attitutude. My room had all I need and more, nice little touches and so affordable. The hotel staff was very helpful, they picked us from the train station and gave us rides to town on a few days. They also organized the stay for our 1yr old daughter well with baby cot in the room and baby chair always waiting at our table. View from the hotel is fantastic. -
