  We loved our room and our stay, especially the view over the foreshores and the lake. The reception staff were ever so helpful and keen to assist with any problems. They were vivacious, but at the same time very professional. The tour desk staff were also the same, pointing us in the right direction. We loved the walk along the lake to get to and... what people say » from the station and also the access to the different parts of your beautiful Luzern. - They attended to every need during our stay. The view of the lake is perfect. The rooms are luxurious. Make sure you sit at the Bar at night and have a drink. The Bar Manager is really very nice and a pleasure to talk to at the end of the day.

  Warm, comfortable, spacious interiors and rooms throughout the building. Wide stairways, large lifts - the library area with coffee machine and lounge room would serve well in winter time. HIgh quality fitted rooms and bathrooms - ours had an amazing balcony terrace overlooking the mountains. The fridge in room was a plus but no tea or coffee in... what people say » room. The bed & bed linen (doonas / pillows) so comfortable. Friendly greetings everyday from staff. Hot breakfast was plentiful and served in ar - Rooms amazingly large, comfortable beds and linen, laundry facilities fantastic, great location with alps directly opposite the hotel. Food excellent, staff excellent. Waiter spoke 5 languages fluently and was extremely courteous and helpful. Owner Manager extremely friendly and helpful too. Parking easy, close to Mt Titlis and cable cars. Lifts a plus and huge balconies overlooking the mountains. Would highly recommend it.

  Location on the lake was perfect. Close to ferry terminal, 5 minute walk to mount rigi cable car. (There is a wonderful kids playground and spa/pool where kids are welcome half way up mount rigi). There is a wonderful lakeside restaurant about 5 mins up the road (direction vitznau). Rooms were huge, bathroom looked newly renovated. We loved the traditional breakfast (dont be expecting scr - The location right on the lake and the new furniture by the lake was beautiful and inviting.I loved hving private, direct access to swim in the lake. The restaurant right by the lake served delicious food all day long and the wait staff were excellent.Manager(or owner) and other staff were most professional and diligent.
