The hotel staff was very helpful, they picked us from the train station and gave us rides to town on a few days. They also organized the stay for our 1yr old daughter well with baby cot in the room and baby chair always waiting at our table. View from the hotel is fantastic. -

Location and ambience of hotel is wonderful. For the location this hotel is a great value. Staff at hotel was very friendly and helpful breakfast was good - The hotel in general, staff and position of hotel. Hve stayed here 5times in the past 4 months. Would not think of staying in any otherhotel in the area.

The hotel cares a lot for the details and the staff for the well-being of the client. Comfortable room, good breakfast, very nice spa area, really nice to relax if you go for a round tour on Sempachersee or for a city a trip. Also close to train station and practical if you want to go for a tour in Luzern. We will definitely go back!

Having the Spa on site and included was a real advantage. - Staff was extremely friendly and helpful to the extent possible. The wellness center is quite nice and relaxing, although the pool is very small. The lake view rooms have quite a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. The welcome glass of Prosecco was very much appreciated.
