This was our first time in Geneva but this apt/hotel was above our expectations. Ultra modern and clean, very spacious and plenty of comfort. We felt at home right away. The staff were amazing specially kevin on the reception. The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond. AMAZING would definitely stay there again just for the great service. -

Almost everything! The room was nice, the food was great, the staff were very helpful in every aspect. I really recommend this hotel especially for honeymooners and people looking for high standards. Special thanks to the guys on the reception desk who I cant remember their names unfortunately.

We were a family of 4 and the room was fantastic in size with a kitchenette and a sitting area, very clean and spacious. Also the staff were friendly and the location was good. From this part of town we got to catch a ferry across to the other side of the lake and yet again got to see many views of Geneva as we only had 1 day & night here.
