  Everything !. I forgot some clothes which I thought I'll never see again. I called the Basel from Zermatt and they told me that they were . I asked them to send them on and to charge me. On arrival in st.moritz I found my clothes(shipped overnight express,) with a warm note and at no charge ! The Basel delivered over and above. If we ever return to - Good location; stayed for 2 nights to visit Christmas Market. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to key markets, museums, and room came with public transport pass. We had two good meals at the restaurant and found the breakfast typical of a good European hotel. I don't know where the others ate. Excellent coffee served with warm milk.

The hotel has a simple charm, with curving staircases to the rooms, with water and tea bars and internet stations on each landing. The rooms are simple enough but comfortable. My room was on the city side with many bars and restaurants - Its my 4 th stay in this lovely hotel : nothing to say as I consider it like an excellent place to stay; its in the same time modern and cosy, elegant and relax, location is good and breakfast is for me one of the best in ch!! A high recommended place to stay along the Rhine river !

  A modern design hotel in downtown Basel, excellent location close to the tram, shops, restaurant and main sights. Hotel staff was friendly and the room itself beautifully designed. The bed was ultra comfortable, even pillows way better than in most hotels. Breakfast was was good and had a bit of everything for every taste, and the fact that it was... what people say » served until 11 am at least during the weekend was a big plus. The breakfast area itself is somewhat small but very cosy. Wi-Fi worked super well, i - The hotel is very conveniently located in the hart of town and just off the banks of the Rhine river. Being a regular guest in Basel for business, it is definitely a hotel which I will be adding to my top list of possible hotels to stay at as it certainly offers value for money.

  The staff were immediately welcoming when I dropped off my bag on my way to a meeting on arrival in Basel. The room had windows to open at night (many hotels have sealed windows). The location was perfect thanks to the map on your booking website.
