  This is a fabulous hotel, a stones throw from a beautiful river. The welcome we got from the ladies was as warm as the dinner. It was like going to Mamas house on a Sunday. We arrived in the evening and had dinner ( extra cost but worth it) Clean, tidy and full of Swiss charm, they even had the delightful Lily the cat popping in to say Hello. ... what people say » This was one of the most comfortable nights sleep we ever had. Laying under a real down quilt on immaculate bedding was a sheer joy. The breakfast w - This hotel was very easy to find from the A2 and the staff was very friendly. The room was a good size with a large balcony. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful. We ate in the restaurant and were very impressed by the food. I would highly recommend this hotel.

  We booked Gasthof Sternen for one night sleep, in between two days of long drive from Italy to Belgium. The place is simply as it is advertised, simple and great value for money. Tom was extemely helpful when check-in was delayed beyond midnight due to an accident on the way to the hotel.
