It was in a great area plenty of shopping. Great view close to the mountains and a spectacular waterfront. The staff are amazing, the hotel was awesome and very reasonably priced. Fantastic holiday.home service and everything. Centrally located. Easy to get to everything...ski slopes, restaurants, train, shops. Very clean bathroom and room. Good restaurant.

The room's central heating was on too high, so it was really stuffy on entry! We also couldn't figure out how to change the thermostat so just made do with the window open slightly which was fine.A small thing: the soap dispenser in the bathtub had been left empty, and it was awkward to reach out of the shower for the other dispenser. Swiss restaurant was friendly and welcoming but food wasn't great. breakfast i think should be improve. Yes, the price for the room, but I guess since it is Switzerland we have to bend our rules a bit.the room is dark even we turn on all the lights. As tated above the hotel dosn't have a sauna nor wellness center as your site led me to believe it had.The staff are very rude and uncooperative. Would say "no" for even the simplest request. Different members of the staff charged us differently foe tea bags, sugar, cofee, etc., We finally had to ask to see the price list and found that we had overpaid. No apologies even after that. Extremly reluctant to store milk and other food for the baby as there was no mini-bar in the room. The room smells smoke. It was awfull! And there are distinct quality of rooms. We were gave the worst.
