The hotel is very cosy and elegant. The staff are wonderful. I like the situation of the hotel with a magnifique view over Gstaad and the restaurant ''Bagatelle - gourmet. I enjoy going Gstaad and staying at this hotel two or three times a year and always come back happy. This chalet hotel - its wonderful, warm inviting ambiance, beautiful scenic setting in Gstaad, personable management and staff, outstanding food, authenic Swiss atmosphere, etc. - made the vacation for my wife and me one to remember forever.
