Excellent service, beautiful accommodations in a lovely property. The best service I have received in all of Switzerland.

Upon check in, learned the hotel was closing at 3 p.m. the next day for a few months period of time. This is news that I was not aware of when I made my reservation. As a result, we were unable to use the pool / spa facilities and the usual Sunday brunch was not served. Such hotel closings is typical in the mountain areas, and they re-open when ski season begins. But the guests should be made aware then making reservations.

The Hotel was very nice and relaxing. My daughter enjoyed the kid's room. The location is excellent I didn’t use my car at all as all shops and main attractions are nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a fantastic experience staying at the hotel. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. Special mention has to be made about Daniel Koester, Owner and Manager who personally welcomed us. The hotel saw to it that we lacked for nothing. The hotel is sheer elegance, the interiors soothing and at the same time luxurious. The hotel also boasts an excellent Spa where you just relax and drive away your tensions...I Would highly recommend Grand Hotel Bellevue to all who visit Gstaad.I Will definitely go back next year. There was nothing about the place that I didn't like....if at all there was a downside, it was that our stay was too short!!

The hotel size is intimate although it has more than 50 rooms. The staff is very personal and attentive. The quality of the facilities is impeccable and the location was ideal for staying in the village, without being inside and hearing any noise.

Fantastic service and friendliness of staff; the best we have ever encountered on our travels. The spa was terrific...pity we didn't have more time.

Our room, although delightful, was quite a trek to the main hotel. We looked upon it as part of our daily exercise!.

Loved the staff, the breakfast was to die for and the Wellness area is incredible

There were perhaps not enough english channels when one wished to watch a film etc. Just cnbc and cnn pity there wasn't some of the bbc or ITV channels that you so easily obtain in Switzerland

I loved the comfort, the spa, the friendly atmosphere and staff.

I had room 604 in the chalet and, although the staff reassured me, I was too nervous to leave my window open at night because I was on ground level and so did not get enough air to sleep well at night. Perhaps some protective barrier could be installed to allow windows to be kept open safely at night.

lovely staff

nothing around the hotel just small village, deriving from interlaken 1 hour through mountains, i did not stay all my booking in the hotel, i changed it.
