There were smoking rooms available. Staff was excellent in every respect.

Room was a bit on the dark side.

Pillows were great! Service was very good, specially concierge, Julia in particular. Pressing service was very efficient.

Room service menu was a bit limited. Was not offered or given a lake view room.

Gym not fully equipped with some important machinery and tools missing, Leg machines missing, Weight bars not available. House keeping need some reminders to refill Mandarin Oriental is known for its luxury, while the hotel lacks that in some of its old pieces here and there which need to be renovated.
