This hotel is excellent! Good location at the lake, nice rooms (some of which need updating, which they are doing at the moment), good food, excellent service

the bathroom of some of the rooms need to be updated, looks like it's from the '70s - I upgraded and got a very nice bathroom instead.

No information on tourist activities in the rooms nor at the reception. The concierge at the lobby can provide some info, however, we didn't find the person very helpful. Should place leaflets with sightseeings, tours, etc in the rooms

Yes. I booking 5 months ago a room with lake voew and not smoking roomand the y gave to me ,smoking room and park view, and I make a complaimsto resepions and the answear whan I received is , the fulk is theintrent company when I choose is not good and is will better conductdirect with the hotel.
