What people say
The kitchenette was terrifically useful to help defray the high costs of visiting Geneva. The bed was comfortable, the shower vigorous, the room clean, the wi-fi connection robust. Staff was helpful and the location in Geneva was very handy.
I stayed here several times already, planning to come again. Very nice studio with kitchen. Close to the tram stop. Wifi internet works well.all reviews »
It's close to the city center and to the university. Everything was clean, the staff friendly. It's a good value for the money.
lots of facilities in the room - phone between rooms was useful, clean, tea and coffee, good location, great staff.
Being able to use the kitchenette to cook beakfast and make lunch as it is very expensive to eat out in Geneva.
Room was very clean, cosy and nice decor! Very pleasant stay and all the staff were lovely and very helpful.
Staff were great, kitchen was useful, location was pleasantly by the river, and it was comfortable.
Great location and good communication to access accommodation afterhours
Good value for Geneva.
- Very friendly staff
- easy central location
- extremely helpful free public transport card.
View on the mountains;
Kitchen and fridge are in the room;
Very helpful staff;.
the location and the small kitchen in the room was great.
The staff spoke excellent English and was very helpful.
Room is very nice and clean, staff are very friendly.
clean , silent , confortable, well located.
Excellent rapport qualité / prix.
Decent place friendly staff.
kitchenette, good location.
location.
Among the best value places to stay in expensive Geneva; with the bonus of a (small but sufficient) kitchenette so you can self cater, which again makes a big difference to your budget! Supermarket very close by. Very easy transport into the heart of the city (tram straight in, runs frequently, takes only a few minutes; and free public transport card provided).
Excelent price-quality. This was one of the cheapest rooms in Geneva and if you don't expect too much this was a fine room. Although old, it seemd clean and the shower was ok. The staff I met was polite and spoke good english.
1. Staff was cooperative in allowing early check-in
2. The availability of kitchenette with all cooking dishes, pressing iron, safe made the stay better...
3. The towels & room were very clean.
The room was very complete and acceptable as a studio, very nice and clean. and renovated. Reception very friendly and helpful.Car parking in front of Hotel at extra fee.
The staff was very polite, and always available to help. Special attention to a portuguese lady that received us and solved, some initial problems.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location for Geneve trip - walking distance from city center. Kettle in the room.
Very nice room, especially the bathroom. Lots of space, useful kitchenette. Good location, close to tram stops.
Good kitchen utensils - a lot of useful stuff. Geneva transport card
goes with a welcome pack - very nice.
Location was good and having kitchen and dining facilities was a real bonus. Room was spacious and clean.
The location is good. The room is comfortable though it is small. The staff is polite.
Our room is like studio, can cook, has a fridge and everything. Very clean.
The apartments are studios quite confortable and is well-located.
Nice staff, good location, clean and quite space.
Location, cleanness of bed sheets, fridge.
Well equipped with own kitchenette.
The studios are bright and well-equipped and the staff are friendly. For Geneva it is good value for money.
It was nit to expensive, and close to my office.
It had ensuite bathroom.
Cheap.
In a quiet place, several super markets and restaurants around in 3 minutes walk, old house.
No dislikes.
No elevator. Can hear noise from the stairs and nearby rooms.
No lifts, if you're in 5th floor, it could be a trouble.
Bathroom was a little small.
The bed was comfortable but had a sinkhole in the middle which we both gravitated to. Apart from that it was a great value for money hotel. Also there was no air conditioner, but you don't really need one.
- No free internet, costs 10chf for 24 hour use
- no microwave, oven in the studio.
No lift;
Room cleaned only once per week;.
tv was making terrible noise.
The reception closes at 8pm and you must have a working cell to get in touch with them in case of any questions between 8am and 8pm.
no elevator.
noisy ventilation.
cleaning was ok but would be better to have it at least twice a week.
Bit odd to find the check in - have to go through (security coded) doors to get to the reception. "Luckily" the people hanging out the front of the neighbouring bar could tell us the security code! (so not much of a security feature). People constantly hanging around the entrance (at the bar) - not that we ever felt threatened by them.
The room, especially the carpet, is quite worn out, The bed is very uncomfortable which would be my major concern for visiting next time.
1. The size of the room was too small, and, the bedsheet was dated...
2. The price was too high compared to the luxury standard of the room.
The stairs up to the room need a bit upgrading, complete different from the room. To find the Hotel a bit confusing as the access is not on the street address but around the corner.
Very expensive for the kind of hotel. Geneva is glamorous, but very expensive.
They must care about the details, and cleaning the room more often. The toillete was clean, but the room was not. The bed was unconfortable, and
was not cleaned. the same for our baby bed.
The management shoud be more carefful about the details, and pay attention to the service provided!!!.
Rooms are not comfortable at all... When you open the door to the toilette - it unavoidably hits the bed.
Table is so small, that 2 people can't drink tee there together, only one by one..
Receptionist was great but other staff weren't very interested in helping me take my bags up the stairs because the website advertised that there was no lift. Shower had poor water pressure and couldn't decide on temperature!.
No elevator - very inconvenient for the people with a lot of luggage (or
with one huge suitcase). No obvious navigation in the map provided with
the keys. The table next to the bed is slanting. No free wi-fi!.
A little bit difficult to find. Suggest the hotel can give more detailed instruction how to take the tram/bus. It is not convenience since the staff can only work in the day time.
The whole apartment is doing renovation so can't use the elevator (we stayed on the 5th floor) and didn't let us know until we get there so was pretty upset.
There are apartments in the 5th floor ant there isn't lift. Despite of the non-smoking advertise, one of the rooms was with a strong smell of cigar.
Poor internet connection (paid).
Worn down all around, very shabby bathroom, no option for used towel change during the stay.
No free wifi, steep stairs.
The entrance and stairwell look very scruffy and are in urgent need of renovation.
The floor in the studio wasn't very clean.
The reception was impossible to find. On the entrence in rue the
dizerens there was a sign saying the reception was I rue the Daucent
29b, but the is only a no. 29 vissible. You have to go trough a gate and
then way back on an innercourt there is te reception. Wifi voucher costs
an extra 10 chf. The bath"room" was so small, I had to open
the door to dry my back. And the was no hook to hang the showerhead
above my head.
It was dreary and dull.
Dirty noisy old sagging bed.
They dont clean unless you stay more than one week. So you have same linen for one week.
The room was really small and very cold. Nothing to do with the photos you see in the website. i don't recommend it..
Take two trams to the hotel, small room, and poor facilities, away from the lake, dirty stairs, wifi charge, difficult to find out.
Location accessibility cleanliness dimensions.. If u were 180cm or
more you could not stand up bathroom stank entrance was
graffittied letsbookhotel.com directions not good..it took us 3 hours to
find it no parking.
Very old and dirty building
Unfriendly Staff
Cleaning one time and then no more
Spent one night in a single room, but I paid for Studio Delux
No Internet.
