  very friendly staff. Location is beautiful and the hotel is also nice and clean. The room we got was big and had a direct view to mountain. The lake is also very near and reachable by walking.   Loved everything about this hotel from the friendly, welcoming staff to the modern, comfortable spacious room. Breakfast was fabulous as was parking and the lakeside location. Just off the motorway but you were totally oblivious to the motorway's existence once emersed in the beautiful and scenic surroundings of Buochs/Beckenried. Good in-house restaurant. Location perfect base to explore beautiful Lucerne area. Trip on the ferry (stops outside hotel) recommended.
