We always arrive late on a Friday for our weekend trips as we leave after work, and with codes to get in and for getting your room key that was no problem at all. The windows and blinds were also amazing - there was a jazz band playing across the street Friday night but as soon as we closed the window we couldn't hear anything and the blinds kept out all light. The staff did go above what they tell they'd offer: i.e. checking me in outside of their opening hours because they were there "anyway" and I could leave my luggage with them because the room wasn't ready (I was before check-in time) and because I would return so late, they brought it up to my room. I definitely did not expect this from a "budget hotel"!.

Lots of storage although did not need it. The option to cancel without incurring charges is an attractive option and rare. The room included a train pass, wi-and breakfast, which made business travel extremely efficient and easy. location good for groceries and quiet area good value for money with everything in the room fridge micowave etc and shutters good for keeping out street/ morning sun. The staff are very friendly (Mihai is the best), providing many tips and suggestions. Mihai even gave me a quick lesson regarding the Faschnacht. Welcoming staff, good treatment. Eveb thought i arrived at 22.30 the check in took about 1 minute- i just needed to call the reception and get the key from electronic box. Even if the reception was closed, the person on the phone helped us out and we were able to get our room quite fast. when you arrive they give you a ticket for all public transport within the city for the duration of your stay. basic hotel, clean, tea/coffee facilities, comfortable beds, underground parking right under the hotel. I could not open the entrance door... did not know which room is mine and where is the key. Room space was ok and well decorated. Duvet was lovely. We ran out of soap in the bathroom but with no staff there during the weekend we couldn't ask for more. The room was too hot at night. The glass shelving immediately above the bed is a safety hazard. Shower can scald - no thermostatic safety valve. It would nice to have cafe in building or access to drinks in room (tea/coffee) or even a vending machine. Once or twice, there were noisy guests in the hallways. Room was very simple, no special design nor atmosphere inside. This is just to sleep over and not to enjoy life in the hotel room... Once the cleaning lady entered my room without knocking. Check - In was screwed up. I landed up there after office hours and I didnt know how to get it. Luckily I got inside thanks to someone and then called the number given on the door and then they had to send someone to give me the keys as they didn't have a list. Only 1 dose of coffee for the coffee machine: a little bit cheap even for a budget-hotel! The ceiling light stayed on all night and there was no explanation on how to turn it off. Reception closed after 5 pm, but no problem for me. Having to ask for a new wifi password every hour Very hot at night and no way to turn heating down 2/3 dryers didn't work properly and it took us half a day to do a small load of washing Room was a bit pricey. Rather warm in my room, but it's a very minor complaint! A very good place to stay for a few days for work. not having someone at the reception desk, although clear and simple instructions were given for checking in and out during the weekend. Lack of restaurants in area. N/A. The size of the bed is only queen size. It is not possible to have a double room with two single beds. There were no curtains!. Local noise and no aircon on the summer nights. Room was very hot. Wi-Fi is not free, but the option of connecting a laptop to a network socket in the rooms is free. Blinds didn't seem to work. There were no staff, this wasn't a problem but could have been. no breakfast like other hotels. Internet did not work always; however staff was very friendly in addressing this issue. no curtains in room not enabling to darken the room and one wakes up very early. to expensive. Opening hours of the reception but check what I liked. it was all ok for my visit as i only stayed 2 nights. too pricey. No airco. Long-stay guests, makes the place feel a bit creepy. Very basic hotel with no facilities of comfort , no body on the disk during the weekend and also after 1800 every day !!! Very expensive comparing to facilities and its discretion !!!. Expensive for the facilities we had. Bed linen ( pillow too soft ) with quilt too hot , without quilt toocold something in between would have been better. Real noisy the first night, a rowdy group that night. No air-conditioning or fan, As it was 34 degrees C during our stay and the tilt window could not be fully opened - our stay was very uncomfortable. We also noted that there were no fire detection/evacuation plans. for the 180 units. Every thing especially the absence of Air conditioning. Room was dusty, specially the bed side table lamps. The shower head was leaking water. There was no staff and we called the helpdesk to enter the hotel and get the key; this person was far from friendly.
