The 2nd night(when we reported) they gave us an extra heater which worked fine and told us that there has been some problem with the battery that they would need to fix in the morning. Wireless connection that has been for free did not work with my smart phone. When I mentioned that, telling that I didn't really needed it, they offered me to a laptop!. I don't make a whole lof of money so the cost did put a dent in my wallet.It is a pity they don´t have a spa. Dreadful music in the dining room.Rooms in the basement could be a bit cheaper. Champagne bar is cool, even though some appetizers to eat while drinking champagne would be a good idea. The hi tech environment is not quite there yet.....they promise an interactive tv experience but it isnt working , and at present (may 2008) you cannot even get movies.....all the TV instructions seem to be in Swedish only (as are the rather confusing signs in the lift where u need to press 4 to reach rooms beginning with 3 and so on). And when they lend such wonderful robes, its a pity that they. bar quiet. very small sign outside, passed 3 time by the entrance before I realized it is it. My room was a bit cold, that damn conditioner spitted out jus cold air and the windows could not be closed firmly! we let the staff know but the kind girl that came to help us (she didn't even talk english) just wasn't able to solve our problem...lucky we didn't spend too much time in the room. if not for this issue it'd have been just perfect. We had one party of three people and had assumed that if we took a bigger room they would have the capacity to put some kind of cot in there. They didn't so one of the people had to sleep on cushions on the floor using the comforter and towels from the second rom. Concierege staff for invoicing, behaving to the guests. No Fitness/Gym. No Spa.Entrance, furnitures and clours in restaurant. internet connection is not reliable, not good,. Room service closed in 28 dicember.
