Very nice hotel. Very comfortable bed. Exciting atmosphere in the hotel. Staff were more than helpful. Situated in a safe, quiet and accessible location. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

We particularly likded the design, furniture, decoration (pictures). The room is very clean and the breakfast buffet rich and delicious!! Staff is helpful and friendly.

Complimentary expresso drinks available 24x7 on 4th floor. Closeproximity of services/shops/reasonably-priced restaurants andGamla Stan.

Rooms with premium rates should include at least continental breakfast,complimentary access to fitness facilities and a concierge or at least aportion of a staff member dedicated to this function. Our double deluxeroom was small compared to properties in equally premium locations inCopenhagen and Helsinki - just barely large enough for three guests. Wouldrecommend hotel with these footnotes.
