i liked the fact that anything we requested was delt with immiediatly and the staff were helpful and very polite. it was really nice to have a kitchen and a livingroom, the bathroom was also nice and clean. the fact that it felt like home and we were fully relaxed there thank you to them. Spacious. I was there just to sleep, not much else to do there. all reviews »
Its proximity to the railway station. did not have a double bed. there were two single beds - if you are going for holiday with your boy- or girlfriend it's not really comfortable sleep in two beds with a split between you. No nearby cafe or restaurant. Difficult to find entrance. No signage on arrival. No reception manned after mid afternoon. 1. No double beds available.2. Filthy area outside on balcony side.There are to few tv chanels and the tv was very old and small. I walked around for 30 minutes trying to find someone or the reception which was closed. I was not informed that the keys would be left at a petrol station 300 metres away!!!. Advertised as suitable for 6 people. It had enough beds and linen, but there was insufficient of everything else (chairs..). It was in a 'low rent' area, very basic and very poorly maintained. We chose this becuase it meant the family could be together, but for for not much more money I could have had 2 rooms in a 4 star hotel in the centre of Stockholm - I feel somewhat cheated.
