The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

The reception staff were so efficient and helpful. The room was spotlesseven though it was on the small side. Exactly as seen in the web. Firstclass breakfast and great bars at a very reasonable rate. - the en suite bathroom was very comfortable, access to ice bar along with small discount on the price of entry was convenient

Excellent, friendly welcome, catch free airport shuttle bus "alpha", and you're there in 5 mins, rooms were very clean and much larger than expected, great experience,and a reasonable price compared to the other airport hotels, if you just need a place to sleep for the night, this will exceed your expectations.
