  Staff were understanding of our complaints, however both we met were temporary staff and couldn't do anything. Breakfast restaurant was modern, fresh and nice views.

  The room was very nice and comforting; Rotebro is a bit wild and therefore very fascinating. - Location close to city and airport. Path next to water was nice for walking/jogging.

  View from the top floor shared kitchen balcony was great - especially of the sunsets Didn't have to wait much to use shared toilet/shower room The shared toilets, shower rooms and kitchen were clean (cleaned once a day) and everything worked fine.

  Residence Perseus was clean, airy, well appointed and absolutely central to the Gamla Stan area of Stockholm, yet away from the tourist frenzy of tours and souvenir shops. It looked onto a small park which gave a sense of spaciousness. Management, mainly contactable through mobile phone or email was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend - location - in charming old world section with narrow cobblestone street. Lots of restaurants and shopping as well as museums and palaces to visit within walking distance. Ideal for us, complete with kitchen which was useful for breakfast and snacks.

  The apartment was excellent, no reception and my access codes were sent on time so it was very easy and comfortable. Location is very nice, a bit outside the city centre but not annoyingly far away and the public transport in Stockholm is organized extremely well.
