The apartment ha - The apartment is just refurbished, everything is new, clean and the location is really good for those that want visit the city centre without pubic transport.   I was so impressed by every single services in this hotel. Even though I often stay in five-star hotels in Scandinavia, there are not worth pay for the price compare to this hotel. They upgraded my room without asking, and amazing thing was having very friendly and helpful staff with high professional attitude. The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

I was visiting a company in the area and selected the hotel for convenient location, but I found more than I was hoping to find. The room was spacious enough, with a good working area. There was coffee, tea, fruit and cakes available 24 hrs at no cost (how often do you get - Excellent service from personnel. Always coffee available and self service of snacks and drinks.   We had a very comfortable stay, in a nice ambiance which was astethically pleasing building, with a nice breakfast. Once our stay was over, we did recieve a swift and appropriate response to our complaint made the evening before, ref the lack of service we felt we recieved in the restaurant on the 12th floor. If you travel before breakfast time (5am) you can get some food near reception. Soundproof rooms. You don't hear the airport noise at all.
