That I could have a smokers room. A friendly, cosy atmosphere, quiet environment although perfect allocation in the city. Very good bed.Convenient and friendly, helpful staff, lovely breakfast. Location. The staff atitude was professional and friendly. friendly staff. Hotel staff. I have bad impression of the hotel because my room magnetic key not function well and couldn't open the room, i waited for nearly two hour for the hotel staff to open room for me, really bad service, i will never book the hotel anymore!!.
