the breakfast buffet had everything you could expect plus that little bit extra. in short it was amazing. unfortunately we did not try their dinner buffet so I can't comment on that. The rooms were very large with a kitchenette, large workplace, spacious bathroom, large bed, big flatscreen tv and lots of closetspace. the hotel had pretty much everything you could wish for, including free bikes that you could loan to take you into town instead of taking the car, in the bathroom except for the us.

Really enjoyed not having a lot of extra charges appearing on my bill; all the following were complimentary;- Breakfast, evening meal, coffee machine and biscuits available 24hrs in lobby, 2 PCs with internet access and printer in lobby, Wi-Fi in the bedrooms, newspapers, Bike Hire and map of local area. Hotel was also very clean and I would definitely stay there again. We really was very happy with this hotel,everything about it was very very good. We have stayed many times in Lund, a lovely town, This hotel was really good value for money and the garden was a delight on a warm evening .. The waitresses in the dinning room work really so hard and the rest of the staff we met was brilliant too !!!! We will go back!. Check in was quick, room on ground floor very good as I am on sticks. room very clean, bathroom was well stocked with everything we needed except for cups for tea/coffee but soon got some. Staff extremely helpful, and polite. We could easily walk into Lund or the number 3 stopped outside. overall for the price the hotel was excellent will go back. Everything! Free bikes, free breakfast and free dinner, amazing romance pack, for 300 sek more per night you will stay in a suite, with a bottle of champagne (Moët & Chandon), roses and two glasses of wine and two desserts in every dinner. The personnal is polite and friendly, supportive and open to so;ve problems.The hotel is situated near the wonderful park, which is very easy to cross with bicycles and found yourself in the cneter of the city. Fruits, tee and coffee available for free, even at ungodly hours. I had a very nice stay, and will pick this hotel again if I need to come back to Lund. Though the location was at the outskirts of the city, a bus stop right next to the hotel, as well as bikes that were free to use helped to solve that problem. Nothing against the Hotel but a metered taxi from Lund railway station to the Hotel was £17 for 3 people and cases (distance about a mile!). nothin. We booked a double room, bed was very small for 2 people. We asked for a fan but were told they did not have any left, they should have enough for all rooms as they were advertising them. The restaurant has a garden area outside which could do with a clean up. One big sleeping bed for 2 mature adults is composed from 2 beds, The construction is ready to move in case of active behaviour. Noise from the carriages of the cleaning ladies on the corridor at 7 a.m. A bit pricey, but seems to have a very good quality/price ratio when compared to other hotels in Lund. wifi inside the rooms was quite weak. I had to go to the main hall for it to work properly. Coming from the north, it was difficult to find a bike route to the hotel, but we did find one. If you arrive by bike, make sure to find a good route ahead of time. The room was a little bit noisy. The hotel is far from the town centre. The location is a bit far from the city center. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel, but if you want to save some money on transport, it is approximately 25 min walking to the center. The noise from the kitchen extractor fan (?) was rather loud. Nothing !!!. Maybe the location...it was situated a bit out of the citycenter. But there were a bus stop right outside the hotel doors...so that wasn't a big deal. And the price for the hotel were really good!. Nothing. The sleeping couch is not comfortabele. Nothing at all. Sauna facilites were in bad conditions. This time I booked a room for my friend and I was forced to come from Landskrona to Lund in the night to fix a problem which was created by the receptionist who didnt know how to use computer to confirm booking.The bed for our daughter was not very comfortable. A little outdated. The facilities for the evening meals were not good, it looked like food for students. This was not worthy of four stars, it was more like two star standards.
