I realy like that it was quiet and a friendly athmosphere.
It was a lot of showers and wc so I never feel that I has to wait for this.
It was emasing to see that it works so well to drive a hostel without staff/reception.
Very clean bedrooms and no smoke from these ho use the entrencedoor for smokingarea. -

I appreciated verything ! I didn't try the shared bathroom but only
the toilets since I slept my two first nights (3 nights in total) in a
double-bed room, but absolutely everything was wonderful :
- comfortable quite big beds with strong woody frames (no noise)
- easy key system with card or magnetic "plastic coin"
- big case for valuable belongi

The kitchen is a very nice addition to the stay at Skanstulls. Since
food is so expensive in Stockholm, the kitchen gives a nice break to buy
food and cook it. There are 2 grocery stores across the street too,
In the hostel is a lot of tourist info which was really nice.
I had a late check in that I forgot to mention and I almost wasn't able to get into the hostel. I caught the staff member at the last minute as she was leaving and she was so kind about my mistake. She was a very helpful girl

it was a pleasant surprise to see such a clean and friendly hostel of that size (it is quite large). It had more of a htel feeling than a backpackers hostel, and it is more family-oriented than wild backpackers. Nice mixture of regular backpackers in their 20s, families from all over Europe, and even a group of Swedish senior citizens. Good clean b

Good checkout time (12 noon) and free baggage room for storage. - We had stayed at the hotel once before and we chose the hotel again. We liked the location very much. The fact that we could walk to The old town and the rural environment with the nice park just outside the door. The hotel made our expectations come true and we have nothing to complaint about.

Walking distance to city centre/train station but there is a tube station close by as well as bus stops. Easy to find. Close to shops and restaurants. Quiet area, near park. Sufficient breakfast option. Room/bathroom (en suite) size is more than adequate and bed comfortable. Room looked new. Being there in the winter, the room was nice and warm. Many TV channels including programmes in English. Can even buy stamps at the hotel.

Windows can be left open during the night - it is quiet and you get a full oxygen dose.

This hotel was outstanding. It was a few blocks outside the city center, but you could walk to everything and public transportation was real close.
