  I was so impressed by every single services in this hotel. Even though I often stay in five-star hotels in Scandinavia, there are not worth pay for the price compare to this hotel. They upgraded my room without asking, and amazing thing was having very friendly and helpful staff with high professional attitude. The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

She was very hospitable and on our request she prepared the cookies (famous swedish kanelbullar - Charming room, secluded and in a brilliantly central location in the old town - yet out of the way. Peaceful and tranquil. The breakfasts were delicious and a real feast caterimg for all tastes. The staff were friendly and we also apprecxoated being left to our own devices.

  I liked the perfect location in the heart of Stockholm. Because some areas are shared a connection, even if brief happens easily, with other guests which is quite nice.   I stayed at this hostel for 3 night. the room was really clean and large enough, nice design and really quiet. free internet, free coffee. stuffs are really nice and kind,so helpful and friendly. other customers are also friendly.:) it is located in Gamla Stan ,i think easy to find from the subway station. The room was quite comfortable and the lockers were quite secure. Reasonably priced too so it was excellent overall.

  Everything: great location, excellent staff. E.g. while having a breakfast you are told: "If the coffee latte is not strong enough, just tell me, and I will prepare you a new one"! - Style and value in a fabulous location. The staff were terrific and I liked the boutique hotel feel!
