The location is fantastic. 5 mins walk from tube station and Östermalm Food Hall. 15mins walk to Strandvagen and bridge to Vasa museum. 15mins walk to Stureplan clubs and bars.

The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

Excellent location just off Stureplan allowing access to great shopping, and all the parts of the city that one would like to explore. The friendly staff simply showcases the level of professional but also proactive behavior that one would like to find in every hotel. We also appreciated the parking service provided. I booked the "small room" which was offered at a very reasonable rate and was delighted with the room, whilst it was smaller than the normal rooms due to a very good design it still felt spacious and luxurious. The gym which Berns guests can use at the grand hotel was also excellent and a real treat to use. Excellent location and friendly staff. -

Being at the coutryside in the center of Stockholm was amazing.
You have to walk to arrive to the Palace? You don't go down a 20 floor hotel and are immediatly surrounded by shops?
Who cares? You are 10 minutes away from all that, if you enjoy walking.
If you like to ride a bike, you have your "private" garage next to the hotel, with 20 bikes ready to be rented; just buy the City Bikes card at the reception.
Breakfast was plentyful and the restaurant serves very tasty dishes.

Excellent choice and quality for breakfast, comfy beds, nicely hot water in shower, really helpful reception staff including stocking SL access card (which you must have before using public transport). Quiet location only 10 minute tram ride to city centre. Great view from restaurant.
