Everything was wonderful. We loved the room, which had everything you may need (pots, pans, even ice tray and garlic crusher) The sauna was great too and the best part is that you must reserve it (always available) and then you get it for your own. Very close to the metro in a safe area and short ride to city center. Everything, especially the location(in front of Metro Alvik station and there is a reasonable small super market in the vicinity), breakfast, free internet service, kind staff. It even had kitchen with oven and heater.

The sofa is old.It would be better to have a cleaning of the room and a change of the towels each two-three days. I didn't like the fact that there was a bad smell in our floor (16thfloor) and that the whole room had a bad smell!the room was clean!thesmell was probably from the furniture!. Room furniture (too) essential. Cleaning only once a week (so never for a 3-day stay). Some staff, especially men, are not friendly and not helpful.Not so clear. We like to sleep in a real double bed, and not in a twin.Rooms were not cleaned daily, in fact not cleaned at all during my five night stay. I was aware that they would not be cleaned daily from previous reviews but thought they would be cleaned every two or three days. long wait at check-in and check-out. I observed that the basic service principle of "first come first served" does not work at your reception-couter sometimes. I had a specific experience where one of your receptionist ignored me to attend to other guests not minding the fact that I got to the counter first. Though I take this as a one-off incident, I think you should tutor all your staff at the reception to be customer-friendly. You mentioned that city taxi is included in the price while bokking, but that is not true. please make terms clear with the hotel.Double bedded rooms are two single beds pushed together, not connected so very uncomfortable.Curtains are very flimsy, not appropriate when the sun rises at 2am!.

How to get from Arlanda Airport to StayAt Hotel Apartments, Alvik, by car:
Take Route number E4 heading to Stockholm. Drive until you see an exit sign saying Vällingby, approx. 2 km after Eugenia tunnel close to Stockholm, then take to the right. When you reach a roundabout, keep to the right towards Vällingby. Drive straight ahead until after a bridge (Tranebergsbron) where you will see a sign on the left that says Alvik, then exit. Drive past the STATOIL gas station and straight ahead. Take the first street on the left, under the bridge that you just passed, you will then see a tall white building; StayAt Hotel Apartments, Alvik.
