The staff were always very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was very nice. We loved the gym and the sauna. The room was very clean and comfertable.Would highly recommend. Long waiting time at the desk before getting attended. Later that evening we called the reception and after 10 minutes no answer. Went down and again waiting at the desk untill the kitchen staff came to the desk which was unusual. The staff at the kitchen were very helpfull. The view outside was terrible (office buildings). poor breakfast (if no eggs, no bread... then you should eat something else... ). - to far from the city center; no underground station nearby. Away from the centre but quite easy to get to.The staff in the reception and helpers in the kitchen were often talking about personal matters, I could easily listen to their conversation if I wanted to and it was not easy for me to get in contact as a guest. bed had some bumps on the mattress. The location was awful, too far from the city center as Bromma is considered another city. THE SERVICES LESS GOOD! BUT OK! THE ALIVATER SUCKS! WHEN WE WERE THERE ONE OF THE ALIVATERS BROKED AND NON OF THEM WAS POLITE AND WAS VERY OLD ALIVATER !!! NO GOOD!!! . strange smell in the room. Fresh fruit was included in room price but I received it only on check-in and once more after reminding receptionst.

Take the airportbus towards Bromma. Get of at Voltavägen/Norrbyvägen. The bus departuers 1 time per hour.
FROM BROMMA AIRPORT
Take bus no 110. Get of at Voltavägen. The bus departures 2 times per hour. No traffic over weekends.
