  The staff were great here and spoke very good English. The room was lovely, spacious, hot shower and had A/C which was definitely needed. It was also nice that this accommodation was not near the main road so you could get a quiet nights sleep. Location is close to the beach with a 5 minute walk. Also booked a whale watching trip through the hotel... what people say » which is one of the things to do in Mirissa, sadly the day we went they weather was terrible and very choppy, if you feel seasick don't go. The staff - The room was extremely spacious and clean, we had a double bed each and a balcony. The ac was great too. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they even came up to our room to offer mosquito repellent and bite cream. The food was tasty and the chef made fresh pancakes alongside scrambled eggs, which were both delicious. We were within a short walk from the beach where there was a good selection of restaurants and opportunities to surf nearby.

  Not hard to find the location. It's a family hotel:) Price is reasonable. Everyone was so nice specially a lady who always smiled to me and prepared awesome breakfast and dinner according to my requests. So in general, I would say I will come back if possible:) - - great big room with the view straight on the ocean - the most comfortable mosquito net we ever seen - delicious food in the restaurant - surf board and life jackets avaliable for free - the host is like a father, won't let any harm happen to you - relaxing location - you can easily get to touristic and noisy mirrisa beaches for 150 lkr, 3km.

  The place is quite enough, although noisy temple and main street are too close. AC worked well. View to garden super ( but view to ocean=view to noisy street). House building has good design.
