Everithing was almost perfect - spacious appartment with big hall, two bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen, location (5 min by foot to the city center, however, on the quiet street). The staff demonstrated the best attitude we've ever met in Spain. Also complimentary vine and sweets were a pleasent surprise. In addition, free and good-working Wi-Fi internet. Undoubtedly it's a good work, undoubtedly it's a bargain. It looks like Zaragoza is a little undervalued by tourists though there are frie.
all reviews » The warm welcome that we received from Natalie on our arrival, to our accommodation, to the city of Zaragoza itself, were all the highlights of our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, with cooking and laundry facilities. The welcoming bottle of red wine was also a treat.Parking is at a premium, but we were able to park in the street directly opposite the Hotel. I would certainly recommend this Hotel without hesitation. Natalia was very friendly and very helpful in getting us oriented, providing information and resolving any issues we had (only minor - E.G. light bulb & kitchen plug replacements). Borrowed a dvd player and movie one night from a massive movie library. Parking nearby was very easy to use. Supermarket and restaurants within easy walking distance. Try the Churrareria off the main Plaza - super fresh!. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment was very well decorated, warm, comfortable. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine andsome sweets in the apartment. Before we went, they sent me an e-mail with a map of the area, instructions how to reach them and some useful tourist information. They let us stay a bit after the check-in time. Large, quiet, well-equipped appartment in walking distance from the centre of Zaragoza. Extremely friendly staff. We arrived early (i.e. before 5pm), rang the receptionist who then came to let us in sacrificing her lunch break. Location was fantastic, easy to get around and walking distance to the main attractions. The apartment (2 bedroom) was surprinsingly large and with all the facilities one could need. Highly recommended. The greeting we received everytime we walked in was like we were family. 'Corporate' feeling apartments, rather than homely. Garage parking 10-15 minutes walk - OK if you aren't planning on using your car during your stay. If you come by car it's a nightmare to get there. You are blocking the street while unpacking and have to park your car 10 - 15 minutes away. Although - it's still worth it. If you're looking for hoity-toity, I don't think you'll find it. The walls were a little scuffed, but who cares?. No plugs for kitchen or bathroom sinks. As it is apartments, you have to be sure they meet you when you arrive, so you need to call them, which is not convenient if you are in roaming. There was no kettle in the kitchen. Nothing. El parking esta muy lejos. A little difficult to find. The finishing of the bathroom (shower). Sloppy work. I booked this 'hotel' because it had a gym. In fact it wasn't a hotel and didn't have a gym!!.
