  Location is ideal - 5 minutes walk from train and metro stations (lines 3 and 5 straight to the airport) - on a pedestrian street, close to shops and cafes. Loved it! - We were given a room on the 6th floor, which we asked for, room 603, hada balcony, was quite, room was large, both with seperate bath/shower,and a seperate shower, bath robes and slippers. Being it was Decemberand Velencia can be cold, the room was very cosy and warm. Also hadexcellent pillows, bed was also comfortable.

  Very comfortable with friendly staff. The rooms had excellent double glazing and effective air conditioning, it would have been noisy if we had had to sleep with the windows open. We also tried the restaurant and it had a very good quality/price ratio. The overall structure is quite new and the staff was really friendly and supportive. Even if the location is far away from the center, there's metro station near by or you can rent the bikes directly outside of the hotel.

  Ther hotel rooms were decorated really nicely, Plus there is a lovely spa in the hotel which is alovely treat, That I would highly recommend. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the city centre but I have to say the 30min walk is lovely-just follow the old riverbed. You are near to the beach and the New area of Arts and Science.
