I ist just an amazing place :) You live in a side street (so it's pretty calm compared to the general noise in Valencia) and you are close to everytning.
All what we needed was in walking distance. They rent also bicycles (we got 10% discount). We cycled to the beach and to the Albufera reserve (It was really worth the effort). And if you need something you missing, just ask the hosts, they will do everything for you :)

Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. It was good to have access to a kitchen facility.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice having access to a kitchen. The location was great and it was brilliant having bikes to rent.
Being centrally located was great for sightseeing but the downside was that at night it could be noisy.
Be careful not to arrive after 8.30pm as there is a 30 euro surcharge.
