The staff was very helpful, the localization just great - close to the beach and rooms were very clean and comfy, highly recommended!. everything was OK. We have stayed at the Roc Flamingo many times and the staff are all very friends, good food, clean and centra. The staff are always willing to help with any problems. I have stayed in this hotel many times with my husband and it is so central to the town of Torremolinos, also bus stop and train station only a few minutes walk away.

This hotel is located in the centre of town and about a 10 minute walk to the beach.The breakfast had an excellent choice of both hot and cold options. Old furniture and very slow elevators. I do not read very good Spanish but it seemed to me that the last inspection of the elevators was in 2005 and it was valid for two years. We are now in 2008 so…. Sign "Do not disturb" on the door is not compulsory for the hotelstaff, who can and do enter your room anytime they want. They do notchange bed covers after five days, as stated in the hotel rewiew andconditions of stay. old dated...need a big restauraration. Poor menu for children, only available snack was cheese and ham sandwiches (staff would not toast). Very poor selection of ice creams and lollys. could have had cleaner sheets and bedding. Breakfast could be better. Food didn't look that good. Maybe it would be a good idea to offer some jam in individual pots, like the butter. Food was very poor. Not a great selection. Food that should have beenhot was cold and cold meats were displayed under hot lights. Dining roomwas uncomfortably hot. Needs better air conditioning. Electronic key toour room broke six times. We were offered a move but declined as itwould have meant moving to a higher floor and the lifts were alwayspacked. Staff were very helpful and friendly.I felt that the entire hotel could have done with agood clean. very small bathroom, UNfriendly staff and slow lifts!. I do not like nothing in this hotel. This hotel was a nightmare. Was excesively noisy, practicaly, one cant sleep untill 3 or 4 a.m. The staff is not friendly and they dont care about theyr guests. And, worst of all, they know about the fact that people will want to leave next day after checking in, so the staff put everyone to pay for all holiday in advance.

From June to September, a free bus runs to Torremolinos centre and to the beach every 30 minutes, from 09:45 until 20:00. Please note that 2 sun loungers and a parasol can be rented for EUR 5 at the beach. Please note that the use of the safe carries the following surcharges: - EUR 3 per day; EUR 15 per week. A EUR 20 deposit for the safe is also required. Please note that the property does not accept group reservations of more than 10 rooms.
