  Everything was perfect. This was the best place, where stayed during our trip across Andalucia. Both Marina and Estefania are very kind, when talking with them it felt as if we were friends. They were always attentive and helpful, when we had questions or requests. They gave us lots of useful information on where to go, what to see and do, and man... what people say » y excellent restaurant recommendations. The house, including the apartments, the courtyard and the rooftop terrace are beautifully designed and very c - We were welcomed by Stephanie and Marina who were charming and warm and instantly made us feel like family!! They even upgraded our reservation, giving our teenage daughters their own studio apartment next door so that we would all be comfortable free of charge! They were enormously helpful in assisting us with travel ideas, restaurants, and all local attractions.   I am a bit loathed to recommend this apartment as we will almost certainly wish to visit it again and don't want to find it fully booked! Would accommodate four adults at a squeeze Clean, freshly renovated and a small kitchen if needed. Cot as promised. Location brilliant. If you don't know Seville we would recommend that you do NOT g - Layout of flat (2 bedrms/2bathrms) spacious living/dining area w/fully equipped kitchenette. Location great: Quiet area but with bars/restaurants close. 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus, 10 min walk to Plaza de Espana, 15 min walk (through Barrio Santa Cruz) to the Cathedral & the Alcazar. We stayed 5 pple for 3 nights at a price which I found to be extremely good value (abt 15 eur/person/night).   This was a wonderful place to stay beginning with our gracious and accommodating host Arturo. It did not feel like a business exchange but rather that you were staying with friends. All the comforts of home inside a well designed and efficiently laid out space provided a nice respite from a long journey. Laundry, kitchen, dining, are handy to have... what people say » when on a long trip. But still the best part was our host who really takes a personal interest in the well being of his guests. His hospitality made - Great apartments that are very practical. The service from the time of making booking until after the checkout has been great. The apartment provides real value for money and caters for all your needs. it has iron, microwave, hob for cooking, fridge, washing machine and much much more. A great walk-in shower is also a great comfort. The apartments also provide free bicycle hire, which for a flat city like Sevilla is excellent.

Having spent 5 nights there, we would highly recommend it and would wish to stay the - Very nice and modern apartment. It was furnished with style. I loved the bathroom and the lighting as well. Location is good too, just 10-15 minutes from the historical center. The staff was very helpful and waited for us until 23:00 as we were coming from Portugal and had some problems finding the place.

  Infallible! We had a fantastic stay and are so glad we chose this place. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient (from helping to make an emergency dental appointment on Saturday afternoon to printing dryer instructions) nothing was too much to ask! They have thought of everything in these small but efficient apartments. So - We loved everything about the penthouse apartment ! There was not a details not covered from daily room service to international TV,Initially disappointed because their.legendary was closed for National Labor day but it opened 2hours before our departure ,and we felt so special by their speedy service to have us taste their legendary tapas,by far it was the Best And Unique& creative Tapas that we had in Spain.   Great location. A very modern apartment with all mod cons in a very old part of Seville. We could walk everywhere. Car park close by but difficult to find without help. Would recommend for family or a group of friends. We will definitely stay their again. A group of six would need to share ensuite bathrooms as 3rd bedroom is living room.
