  The hotel was beautiful, but some small things i.e. no face cloths in the bathrooms and not enough toiletries, small details. Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right. Staff were great however, could not be faulted and atmosphere lovely, foo... what people say » d veery good too, some of thee best we had in Seville in fact. - Phenomenal converted palace, 52 individual rooms & suites. Five star service and accommodations located among the twisting calles of Sevilla. Taxi to most locations for 5 to 8 Euro, or walk among the beautiful history of Macarena or the old Jewish section. Highly recommended

  I proposed to my fiance in Seville and spent that night at the Alfonso XIII. The conceirge was incredible. The night before the proposal, he helped arrange for flowers and cava in the room, reserved seats at a Flamenco show (and then called the theater when we were running late to hold our seats), and also helped get our bags in the room without my... what people say » fiancee knowing. He was absolutely great. - Pool area was excellant. Rooms were kept very clean! Housekeeping staff were excellant. Meals were slightly expensive but worth it much higher quality than the rest of seville where food standards were very poor! Best hotel I've ever stayed in. It was amazing and I loved waking up in it every morning! Bed was really comfortable. Sheets felt like silk!
