Loved everything, extremely helpful staff, nice chic hotel, great poolservice with towels, great food at buffet. Plus only 5 minutes away fromdowntown Seville, only a $4 euro taxi drive. Good facilities, staff very helpful and pleasant - particularly the concierges who had good local knowledge and gave good advice. Overall cleanliness and relaxed atmosphere.Everything!, Did not want to leave. Staff are fantastic, price wasfantiastic and the service was fantastic. This hotel is definatelyrecommended and deserves another star.

The hotel is far from the centre of the city. Car parking 12 europer night. I couldn't use internet for an emergency during the night. The Staff did not allow me. However, they tried to help me in other ways. Parking quite expensive.Its far from the city (about 2 km). But you can go by bus (the busstop is 5 min walking), taxi (in front of the hotel all the time) of by bike (everywhere in the city you can hire a bike). Food quality in most of the restaurants was not 4 star quality. At breakfast, luke warm scrambled egg, bacon and sausage leaves much to be desired. Starter and main course in the Cafeteria Bar meal were served simultaneously which meant the main course was cold by the time you were ready to eat it.price of scotch high. Poor maintenance, bath tub leaking, concierge is outside of the premises.
