Great place to stay in Barrio Santa Cruz - especially during Semana Santa with a paso right in front of the hotel. Everything in relative ease walking distance. Wireless in rooms and computers in the lobby. We passed on the expensive breakfast, since so many places to eat closeby - cheaper too. Comparable to a nicer Courtyard Marriott. Would definitely stay here again. It is a great hotel and the set in close to all the attractions in Seville. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The room we were allocated was ideal for travelling with older children as it was spacious. The use of the internet helped them to contact their friends. The decor is sophisticated.

Staff are nice but seem a bit desorganised, from cleaning staff (room not cleaned properly) to breakfast team (one day was OK but the following one guests had to clean tables before sitting down as staff was not around.Lazy staff, poor attitude and clearly doesn't understand customer service. The staff kept smiling but didn't want to help customers. Worst, mislead customers on facilities and general enquiries. We definitely will not visit again. the beds were too hard.
