A very good location to enjoy Sevilla. The welcome is very nice and although talking English is a bit difficult, which is quite common in the area, you will be fine and certainly if you make the effort of using a bit of Spanish which is appreciated. For the check-in, just report to the cafe below the apartment. There, you can also have a nice breakfast or other meal for a very decent price. The one way streets and because some streets are for taxis and buses only, makes driving in the center quite a challenge. Parking on the street would be not advisable as I have seen a lot of cars parked a few centimeters from each other. There's not many chance of a spot anyway. So if you have a car, I recommend to use a parking a bit outside the city center and walk or take a taxi to the apartment.
