Cleanliness, standard of room, free mini-bar and helpful staff. Also proximity to airport and faclity to leave car at hotel whilst on trip. Clean, quiet, good location inrealtionship to airport and city center. The cleanliness of the room. The bathroom. very clean. It was a nonsmoking hotel in general. So it was nice to stay there. Cleanliness. Free parking.Getting there from train station or airport. No shuttle; difficult access to public transportation. Would have liked a choice of hot breakfast.Very noisy neighbours in the room next door. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Could not adjust room temperature, too warm. no. dinner very poor and expensive. It is mainly a business hotel, not so well prepared in comparison to other hotels for tourists. Sometimes it was hard to get a varied menu 24 hours per day - for an international traveler. I booked a double room and was given a twin. I insisted on a double and was given an extremely small room with no space at all to open our suitcases. The staff was indifferent and not helpful at all. The pool was dirty and crowded with noisy children and families. The location is really terrible, just next to the highway. The worst hotel I stayed in Spain.The location just beside the motorway. Noise. The airconditioning didn't work and we couldn't open the windows because of the noise. Too hot and hard to sleep well. The design is too unpersonal. The hotel has no personality. At least not any nice one.
