The owner was superlative in every way, trained in hospitality with a
wealth of experience and knowledge about how to run a hotel business. He
is smart, resourceful, really cared about his guests, and speaks English
beautifully. The rooms were each beautifully and individually decorated
with taste, a mini fridge, some with balconies, situated in the old and
fun part of San Sebastián. I highly recommend staying at this pensione.

Great place. 5 min walk to kursal palace and 10 min to bretxa market. The difference between a holiday inn room and this one is the name of the hotel and the size of the room (this one is smaller). Modern and lovely design of the room. Spotless. Very helpful staff. I would Absolutely repeat this one. -

Loved this pension! They upgraded us to a massive corner room which
had a separate lounge area with tv and numerous little balconies. This
pension is very clean and has great staff that are very very helpful
and will even draw on a map all the tapas bars they regularly go to.
So ask a few of the staff so you get a good mix of Bars to hang out
at.

It' s komfortable, small and lovely. Quite clean and very good
equiped, stylish interior, qualty material. Parkinghouse is near, five
minutes to walk. Special discounted voucher has been provided by the
hotel. In next corner great bakeri and this block has bustling nightlife
because of cafes and hambar. Staff is friendly!:)

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a balcony, which was great. The accommodation was in an excellent location, very close to the beach, and walking distance to all of the sights of San Sebastian. The staff were extremely helpful. I was feeling unwell the day after we arrived, and the lady at the Pension directed us to a very good medical centre. The staff also agreed to allow us to pick up our bags late in the evening (after we had checked out), due to us having to catch a late overnigh

The apartments were very modern and private, overlooking the valley on the outskirts of San Sebastián. We specifically chose the location because we had a car we didn't want to use in the city and parking was free. The apartments were close to a bus stop with regular buses taking about 15 minutes to reach the centre of the city. The reception staff were very helpful in assisting us with a damage report we needed to fax to the leasing company.

EVERYTHING!!!!! The location was perfect. We had the most beautiful walk across the bridge into old town everyday. The staff did EVERYTHING possible to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The rooms were nice and big and cozy. Coffee from the machine in the lounge was great and convenient. The value was outstanding. We will stay here when in San Sebastian:)))))

The room was not big, but clean and comfortable. The landlady was very welcoming and nice, she recommended what to see and do in town.
Parking is available 100-200 meters from the hotel, it costs just EUR 3.50 for a whole day. Once you park, there's no reason to drive: the town is small enough, the hotel

Gina was very accommodating. We were travelling around Spain on a Motorbike so was limited to space etc. Gina kindly lent us beach towels. It is conveniently located near the beach and also walking distance of the Old Town. We were able to park the bike at no cost outside the accommodation.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights and the time of our life best stay in over three weeks of travel in Europe !!! Private room with shared bathroom and lounge all 100% clean and fresh this place oozes character and charm and the hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful!!!
