loved being a little out of the centre-still convient to the beach-only an hour walk to the old town-finnacular up the mountain great fun great view-this hotel is a little gem!. Room was good size, clean and comfortable. Liked that there was a room safe and pool. Breakfast was good selection. Staff were friendly and helpful.All staff were helpful and friendly. For card payment Hotel automatically calculates bill in card home currency and does its own exchange rate which may be less favourable than available with your own bank.(No problem for Euro denominated cards obviously). A bit far from the center, but with good bus connection to the center.No restaurant.Bad sound isolation. As betweenn rooms as interfloor. Disappointed it did not have a restaurant or a bar. V thin walls could hear a lot of noise from other rooms especially early in morning. There was no bar facility. There was no restaurant facility. The swimming pool was full and running but we were not allowed to use it. Why?. room was "under " a fire exit with only a aprtial view of a back yard. There was no bar or facilities to get a drink or snack, other than the minibar. The hotel was about 2km from the centre of town and up a fairly steep hill. We would not recommend it for people without transport. The swimming pool was closed (23/27 May 2008). The soundproofing between rooms was very poor. The beds were firm and creaked loudly.tired building and furniture and facilities are also very tired. need the bus to get into town.
