Cancellation Policy	If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One children from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
